Along with his Juris Doctor degree attorney Bill Walker received a certificate of concentration from Capital University Law School in Dispute Resolutions which includes negotiation, mediation and arbitration.

Our Team

After graduating from Capital University Law School Paralegal program with Honors, I received a scholarship to go to Capital University Law School. I graduated in 2005 with a Juris Doctor Degree. After passing the Ohio Bar Exam I started a law practice in Zanesville, Ohio. I practice in Licking, Muskingum, Coshocton, Guernsey, Belmont and Washington Counties in Ohio. My areas of practice are Wills, Probating Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Trusts, Guardianships, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. I also practice Small Business Law including formation of LLC's, S-Corps, Operating Agreements, and other Small Business matters.
